the location really sold me. it was just around the corner from broadway. the facilities felt modern. i really loved the kitchen area too.
our room code did not work multiple times. they eventually reset the router, but it took several trips down from the 31st floor! the door code was hard to read in the dim light too.

The elevator service was unacceptable. I waited extended periods for an available car. the lack of proper curtains also bothered me. The room was never dark at night due to city lights. these issues detracted from the overall experience.

I really liked the spaciousness of my room. The large kitchen had ample space, a great feature for longer stays. I found the staff friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed.
The ice maker produced only a small amount of ice per hour, a minor inconvenience.

the location proved convenient. i liked that it was close to many attractions and restaurants. the apartment had cooking facilities, beneficial. the reception staff were also excellent and always ready to assist.
the elevator wait times were significant. i had to wait for 5-10 minutes each time i needed to use one. this inconvenience affected my schedule and overall experience.

the apartment has a coffee machine with coffee pods ready for use. the fridge is large with an ice maker for drinks (i used it a lot!). the cooking facilities allow you to prepare your own meals.

The front entrance staff was the nicest i have ever encountered. i travel frequently, and this definitely enhanced my stay. i also liked the room layout. It was the perfect size for two people. it was easy to reach local attractions on foot.
the elevators were horrible! there wasn't an option to take the stairs up. waiting for the elevator took ten minutes or more. the rooms advertise a balcony, but i did not have one.

The room was spacious and provided a washing machine and a tumble drier. a dishwasher and plenty of plates were available! the tv was great quality, and it included all necessary apps. the luggage storage was helpful. I was able to continue exploring the city without carting bags.
the elevators were slow, so there was a wait to get to the lobby, it seemed like a long time.

plenty of restaurants were on the doorstep of the hotel! it made meals very convenient. a nearby store offered quick access to snacks and drinks. the hotel location simplified dining options greatly.
